UNDERSTANDING THE PURPOSE OF LIFE: OLD, THE BOLD AND THE NEW.

We are the BOLD, we were brought up by the OLD and we bring the NEW.

It’s very disappointing to see how people are raising up their children nowadays. Everyone from dad to son to sister to mother is so keen on following the western style of living that the traditional outlook towards relations is changing in an unfortunate direction. When I look at the younger little ones today, it’s disappointing to see how much they indulge in matters that don’t matter much.
A bird flies but knows how to walk”. People dream high, but forget to stay grounded. The biggest happiness is not in flying, but in taking off to the skies, every time… in jumping and knowing that I won’t fall”. The Bold and supposedly ‘beauti’fool are so stupidly self-engrossed that they think that the only thing on their mind after education is to build their individual career which supposedly encompasses an Ujaala bright future for their kids.

First are the children who need the personal touch, the caring hand a careful eye over them so that they shape up into mature people with real values inside them. They are the miracles of life, engine of the society, the symbols of a culture and the future thinkers of the world. The right education, the right mix of guidance and inculcation of basic human values are very important for them to lead a life free of major worries and big losses. (The NEW) They need to be taught why the country we live in is the happiest place to live in. They need to know that something that is pretty will not always be pretty, it will at one point turn boring. What remains, something that is permanent is love & care. If you look into the rituals, stories and history, Indian tradition is a mosaic of such values. The right education is every the biggest gift a parent can give to a child and those who are at the receiving end would understand. Unfortunately pampering with things and bling is in fashion. Obviously there is no generalisation but what is common is common. An optimistic wish/dream is that every Indian child gets the basic education till high school to increase the probability that he would turn up into a constructive thinker.

Second are the OLD, the helpless and those who believe they have given all they could’ve to make a life for themselves, for their kids. These guys deserve a token of thanks, a hand to hold, some respect and an ear for their word. If you don’t give them what they deserve, please don’t complain about their not being supportive. Obviously, sometimes it may get irritating but then you have to remember the times when you disappointed them even worse than this. ;) After all what holds the Indian circuit together and keeps it running is something not seen anywhere in the world. After reading all this if you still don’t know what I’m talking about, you wasted your time.

It’s the responsibility of the BOLD to instil strength in the NEW and provide support to the OLD while they use their boldness to achieve what they want. This is how a true Indian lives and this is what I think the ultimate purpose of life and this would bring happiness and pleasure combined.

P.S: My idea was not to throw pot-shots at any section of us but an attempt to lubricate the whole engine thought. Constructive comments are welcome.

Thanks & Regards,

Panorama Of Thoughts

I start placing all my thoughts,
An attempt to see,
How far can my words be heard,
How easy can it be.

What people take and give to me,
Through there different thoughts,
How we can make happiness,
Instead of taking aims and shots.

My dream is a community,
With no regrets and shame,
Who want to see a better world,
Wanna end the dirty game.

With youth as our biggest strength,
We thrive to change the world,

We make the nation proud of us,
The tricolor unfurled.

Let's exchange through words and lines,
Something new and constructive,
Ease up a bit and talk it out,
Let's all get conductive.

Conduction of fun and joy,
Conduction of love,
Conducting the hope & dreams,
We'll find all that is above.

Here I start with little things,
And experiences rare,
Past present and future,
My thoughts with you  I share.
